By creating an account, accessing, or using the BTLR platform at btlr.gg (the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

While we strive for accuracy in our models and data, BTLR makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any predictions, projections, odds comparisons, expected value calculations, parlay suggestions, or any other content provided through the Service. All predictions are generated by machine learning models that are inherently probabilistic and uncertain.
BTLR does not accept, place, or facilitate bets or wagers of any kind. We are not a sportsbook, gambling operator, or betting exchange. We do not handle, process, or transmit any funds related to gambling activities. Any decision to place a wager based on information from this Service is made entirely at your own risk and discretion.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication methods. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. BTLR is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to update such information as necessary.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@btlr.app.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service -- including but not limited to predictive models, algorithms, machine learning systems, statistical methodologies, source code, data compilations, user interface designs, graphics, and documentation -- are the exclusive property of BTLR and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use only, subject to these Terms.

BTLR does not control and is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or content of any third-party data. Links to third-party websites or services do not constitute endorsement.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in the State of Maryland. Judgment upon the award rendered may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against BTLR.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and BTLR regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
